They are not hard. I've been through there so many times, with all of my characters, and sometimes when helping guildmates. You have to move slowly, don't just rush in and charge at the Scarabs thinking there is only 2 of them. Remember there are more scarabs that pop out of the ground. Focus fire, try to take them down one at a time.
